PAYMENT TERMS
(i) To confirm a booking, please transfer a non-refundable deposit of 50% within 2 days to secure MUA's time.
(ii) The remaining balance must be made at least ONE day before the event day.
(iii) Full payment is required for any booking made within 14 days leading up to your event day.
COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES
(i) All bridal makeovers include hydrating skin preparation, eyebrow trimming, eyelid adjustment (if required),
false lashes (no limit), skincare tips, one personalised touch-up kit and transportation within Singapore.
(ii) All non-bridal makeovers include hydrating skin preparation, eyebrow trimming, false lashes, skincare tips and transportation within Singapore.
(iii) Rental of hair accessories, veil, and/or hair extensions are available at a refundable deposit of $60. Please inform us in advance if you require them.
BRIDAL TRIAL
(WEEKDAYS ONLY)
(i) Bridal trial are available at a top up of $200 and is to be held at MUA’s home studio between 9am-5pm.
(ii) Please note that the hairstyle will be removed at the end of the session.
(ii) As we have rates for pre-wedding makeup, solemnisations and actual day bridal makeup, please understand that trial is non-transferable and cannot be used for those events.
SURCHARGES
(i) A flat rate of $80 is applicable for makeovers to start at/before 7.30am.
(ii) Location Surcharge
• $50 for location >18km from 791448
• $70 for location >28km from 791448
(iii) After-hour Makeup Trial Session
• $50/session is applicable for makeup trial to be held at/after 5pm on weekdays.
• $100/session for trial to be held on weekends. Early morning surcharge applies.
(iv) $80 applicable for bookings that falls on a Public Holiday.
(v) $50 applicable for makeover that starts 30mins after the scheduled time. Likewise, $50 would be refunded if the MUA were to be late for 30mins or more.
(vi) Style Change/Touch-Ups for dinner banquet should be arranged within 3hrs from the time the MUA completed the first look. Additional hours are chargeable at $100/hr.
POSTPONEMENT
(i) Please inform Ann's Beauty Palette at least 30 days or more should you need to reschedule/postpone your event.
(ii) Rescheduling/cancellation a week prior to your event date will incur a 50% fee of the total invoice amount.
(ii) Changes to your booking affected by infectious disease regulations are allowed once, up to 1 year with no additional cost.
(iii) Subsequent changes/postponement will incur a 50% fee of your total invoice amount as potential clients could have been turned away for your original date.
(iv) In the event that Ann’s Beauty Palette is not available for the new timing/date from the postponement, you can convert the deposit into credits that can be used for other services.
(v) Credits are valid for a year from the date of change, subject to Ann's Beauty Palette's availability.
CANCELLATIONS
(i) Deposit is strictly non-refundable.
(ii) Ann's Beauty Palette reserved the right to cancel the service if we believe that the client intentionally made a booking that is not suitable with our service offered.
LIABILITY
(i) All makeup products, brushes, and tools are sanitized for our client's safety prior to every makeup application. If you have sensitive skin and/or are allergic to any products or tools, do let us know in advance. You may bring your own products along for the trial and/or Actual Day.
(ii) Ann’s Beauty Palette cannot be held liable for any damages or allergic reactions.
IMALGES AND VIDEOS
(i) Ann’s Beauty Palette may use the images or videos taken during the trial or Actual Day on the website and/or in any advertising media platforms that is deemed appropriate. Should you prefer not to have your images shared, do let us know in writing to beautypalettebyann@gmail.com.
