OUR TERMS & CONDITION

By proceeding with any booking or making any payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions stated below.

PAYMENT TERMS

(i) To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee must be paid within 2 days from invoice date. Booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.
(ii) The
remaining balance (50%) must be paid in full no later than one (1) day before the event date.
(iii) For bookings made within
14 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

(iv) Failure to make payment may result in automatic release of the booking slot.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES

(i) All actual day bridal makeovers include a complimentary bridal trial at MUA's studio, a personalised touch-up kit, hydrating skin preparation, eyebrow grooming, eyelid enhancement (where necessary), curated quality false lashes (unlimited), rental of hair accessories/extensions/veil, dedicated bridal consultation from booking till your wedding day, and on-site service at your preferred location within Singapore.

(ii) All pre-wedding shoot makeovers include 1 complimentary Groom's makeover in the same location as bride, a personalised touch-up kit, hydrating skin preparation, eyebrow grooming, eyelid enhancement (where necessary), curated quality false lashes (unlimited), rental of hair accessories/extensions/veil, dedicated bridal consultation from booking till your wedding day, and on-site service at your preferred location within Singapore.
(iii) All
non-bridal makeovers include 1 makeup and hairstyling, hydrating skin preparation, brow trimming, eyelid enhancement (upon request), curated quality false lashes, and on-site service at your preferred location within Singapore.
(iii) Hair accessories, veils, and/or hair extensions are available for rental with a
refundable deposit of $60, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use these items.

BRIDAL TRIAL
(WEEKDAYS ONLY)

(i) Ala-carte bridal trial are available at $300, deductible only upon confirmation of a bridal package. 
(ii) Trials are held at the MUA's home studio between
9.00AM-4.00PM (weekdays only).

(iii) Hairstyles will be removed at the end of the session.
(iv) Trial sessions are strictly
non-transferable and may not be used for pre-wedding shoots, solemnisation/ROM, or actual-day makeup services. Ann’s Beauty Palette reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the session without refund if the trial is found to be misrepresented, misused, or booked for purposes outside its intended scope.

SURCHARGES

(i) Early Morning Surcharges (based on call time):

• $30 for 6.00AM-7.30AM

• $60 for 5.00AM-5.59AM

• $90 for 4.00AM-4.49AM

• $120 for 3.59AM or earlier
(ii)
Location Surcharge (from postal code 791448, measured via Google Maps, per MUA):
• $30 for location more than 18km away
• $50 for location more than 28km away
(iii)
After-hour Makeup Trial Session
• +$50 for weekday trials after 4.00PM
• +$150 for weekend trials (Early morning surcharge applies where relevant)

(iv) Late Start/Delay:

• If the client causes delay of 30 minutes or more, $50 late charge applies.
• If the MUA is late by 30 minutes or more, a
$50 refund will be issued.
(v) Style Change/Touch-Ups for dinner banquet must be scheduled within 3 hours from completion of first look. Additional hours are chargeable at $80/hr.

POSTPONEMENT

(i) Clients should notify Ann’s Beauty Palette as early as possible, but at least 7 days before the event date to request postponement.
(ii) Postponements made
more than 7 days before event date may be rescheduled one (1) time without penalty, and the 50% booking fee will be transferred to the new date.
(iii) If the new date is unavailable, the change will be considered a
cancellation, and the booking fee will be forfeited. 
(iii) Postponement requests made
within 7 days of the event date will be treated as a cancellation, and 100% of the invoice amount will be payable.
(iv) In the event that Ann’s Beauty Palette is not available for the new timing/date from the postponement, you can convert the deposit into credits that can be used for other services.
(v) Changes in venue, date, time or service requirements may incur adjusted fees or surcharges.

CANCELLATIONS

(i) The 50% booking fee is strictly non-refundable. 
(ii) Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the event date result in forfeiture of booking fee only.

(iii) Cancellations within 7 days of event date are chargeable at 100% of the total invoice amount, regardless of reason.

(iv) No refunds will be made after payment is completed unless Ann’s Beauty Palette is unable to fulfil the service, wherein a full refund or replacement artist will be arranged.

(v) Ann's Beauty Palette reserved the right to decline or cancel a booking if it falls outside scope of services provided. Refunds, if applicable, will follow Clause 4 (iv) above.

LIABILITY

(i) All tools and products are sanitised before each session. Clients must inform the MUA of any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions.
(ii) Clients may provide their own products for use; however,
Ann’s Beauty Palette does not guarantee the performance, longevity, finish or result when using products supplied by the client. Outcomes may differ from results achieved using the MUA’s professional kit.
(iii) Ann’s Beauty Palette will not be held liable for allergic reactions, injuries, breakouts, stains, or damages arising from the use of products, tools or services rendered.

SERVICE SATISFACTION & GOODWILL REFUND

(i) Client satisfaction is important to us. Should the client be unsatisfied with the makeup or hairstyling during the session, they must inform the MUA immediately and before leaving the appointment venue.
(ii) In the event the client requests a goodwill refund due to dissatisfaction, the makeup and/or hairstyle will be
removed on the spot. Refund applies to deposit only, and only if the request is made during the session.
(iii) Requests made
after the session has ended, after the client has left the location, or after the event has commenced will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.
(iv) Once the client acknowledges satisfaction and leaves the venue, the service is considered delivered in full.

INDEMNITY & SAFETY

(i) Client agrees to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment for the MUA.

(ii) Service may be refused/terminated without refund in cases of abusive behaviour, intoxication, contagious conditions or unsafe environments. Full payment remains payable.
(iii) Ann’s Beauty Palette is not responsible for issues caused by venue/third parties/unforeseen circumstances. Client agrees to indemnify against related claims.

WEATHER & OUTDOOR SHOOT CONDITIONS

(i) Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. The client is responsible for ensuring shade, shelter, ventilation and adequate lighting.

(ii) In the event of rain or severe weather, makeup and hairstyle results may vary. Extra touch-ups required due to humidity, sweat or weather impact will be charged accordingly.
(iii) If an outdoor location becomes unsuitable due to weather and the client chooses to proceed, the client assumes risk of appearance changes (durability, hair volume, shine, melt, frizz etc.)

(iv) If rescheduling due to weather is requested on the same day, it will be treated as postponement within 7 days and full fee remains payable unless MUA agrees otherwise in writing.

IMAGES & MEDIA USE 

(i) Ann’s Beauty Palette reserves the right to use photos/videos taken during the trial or event day for portfolio and marketing use (website, social media, advertising).

(ii) If you prefer not to have your images or videos used, you must inform us in writing via text message or email (black and white documentation) before the event date at beautypalettebyann@gmail.com or via the mobile contact provided during booking.

Ann’s Beauty Palette reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
